Common questions
How far in advance should we book?
For gallery projects and brand activations, we recommend booking as early as possible so we can align with bump-in, builders and lighting. For residential hangs, we can often accommodate shorter lead times – share your dates and we’ll offer the earliest options.
Do you supply all hardware and fixings?
Yes. We specify and supply professional hanging systems and fixings suitable for your walls, artworks and sculptures. If you already have systems in place, we can assess and integrate them where appropriate.
Can you work around other trades or business hours?
We regularly install in live environments – from public galleries to hotels and offices. Our team can coordinate around other trades, quiet hours and after-hours access so disruption is kept to a minimum.
What areas do you service?
Melbourne Art Services works across Naarm / Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula and wider Victoria. For significant projects, we can discuss travel beyond these regions.
